How do I find my team?
Use Find my team to search public teams. If your team has not opted into the directory, ask your administrator for its website address. Sign in on your team’s own site.
How do I register a player?
Open Registration on your team website. Create an adult family account, verify your email, add your player and choose an open program. If the player already exists, request a guardian link for administrator approval.
How do roster limits work?
Free supports 15 players, Basic 30, Plus 50 and Pro unlimited. Each account includes one managed team. Multi-sport is a Plus/Pro paid add-on that removes the roster cap and permits additional managed teams. Opponent entries do not have managed rosters.
How do I change my layout or colors?
Administrators open Workspace → Website. Choose School, Coastal or Academy, update your colors and public images, then save. Social links and ticker settings are in Site settings.
Can I use my own domain?
Plus and Pro include custom-domain connection. Open Workspace → Domains, enter your domain and follow the nameserver and TXT verification instructions. The site activates after ownership, DNS and HTTPS are verified.
Where are attendance and statistics?
Coaches and administrators can open Attendance and Player statistics in the workspace. Access is limited to teams they manage. Guardians can respond for their verified children.
Where is payment history?
Open Payment history for team transactions and receipts. Administrators use Finance for the ledger and Plan & billing for platform subscriptions. Provider invoices are available through the billing portal when configured.
How do email settings work?
Administrators configure PHPMailer SMTP in Site settings. Use an authenticated SMTP server, a verified sender and TLS or SSL. Delivery stays simulated while the platform is in test mode.
What gets indexed by search engines?
Published public pages appear in each site’s XML and human-readable sitemap. IndexNow notifies participating search engines about changes. Private workspaces, account pages and non-consenting roster data stay out.
How do I get more help?
Use the Contact page with your team name and a description of what you need. Do not include passwords, card details or other sensitive information.
